Only difference between most of these guys and me is I've lived this life since they were sippin' on juice boxes playing with their GI Joes.

I know how to make money and most importantly parlay that money into something much bigger (that's one of the "secrets" to evergreen wealth).

And that's something the most guys don't have a clue about -- which is why they go broke in 1-2 years.

Trust me ... I know ... some of these guys used to be my neighbors.

So I decided to pull back the curtains and document exactly what I do with my money.
